Remember to bring: “Dinkles” shoes, Black socks, “Show shirt or Navy Blue Under Armour”, instrument, reeds, valve oil, Water Jug, Guard shoes, Flags/Rifles, Money for Dinner.

** Don’t be late! - NO FOOD or DRINKS in the Bandroom!!!!!

2:45pm  ALL students arrive – (eat lunch before you arrive).  Winds in auditorium/Percussion move equip warm up outside in the stadium (45min)

3:30pm                       Playing run through (Stadium?) (30min)

4:15pm                       Back to Bandroom - load instruments/Inspection (30min) (Half-Dress) in Bibs

4:40pm                       Load buses (20min)

5:10pm                       Leave Apex Friendship HS

5:30pm                      Arrive at Panther Creek HS

6:27pm                      Dress  (30min)

6:57pm                       Walk to warm-up area “C” (5min)

7:02pm                      Warm up (50min) (end warm up 7:47pm)

7:52pm                       Walk to Gate

8:02pm                      At gate

8:07pm                      Performance

8:27pm                       Finish Performance

8:30pm                       Eat / Sit together

9:45pm                       DM, Officers assemble for Awards in Uniform

10:00pm                    Awards ceremony

10:50pm                    Leave Panther Creek HS

11:10pm                    Arrive at Apex Friendship HS

11:30pm                     Unload instruments / Clean Bandroom Everyone Leaves together

Please eat a good lunch before you arrive. Bring a snack for the bus ride if you need it.
